USB-C

USB-C is the newest type of USB brought to market to overcome many of the old USB-A limitations. USB-C ports are slimmer and will fit into a port no matter which direction it’s inserted.

It was designed to consolidate and replace USB-A, USB-B, mini-USB and micro USB connections all at once. Instead of having different size ports depending on the size of device, the USB-C is now found on all modern devices including laptops, mobile phones and tablets.
